2022 and 2023 were some strange years! 2024 hasn't started off any less bizarre, and has even attempted and succeeded in destroying satire itself. Sensationalist stories beyond parody jump off our screens as we are bombarded by dumpster fire after dumpster fire.

As we reflect, we think about what has been taken from us: the ability to create good satire. As the ridiculousness of real life has sped by our ability to satirize, this collection pays homage to the lost art by depicting a world that has since eclipsed it in stupidity.
